Wine & Mountain Excursion

Come and join us for an unforgettable experience in the mountains where we will share a “gastro picnic” while tasting excellent wines.
You will be delighted by the famous  Mount Sainte Victoire, which served as an inspiration to the famed artist Paul Cézanne. He painted 11 different versions of the breathtaking mountain, which changes color with the time of the day.

Mount Saint Victoire wine & bike excursion

It will take us about 2 hours to climb the 500 meter high mountain, which is relatively easy but requires a good physical condition. After reaching the top, we will have our picnic next to a monastery dating back to 1654. While admiring the breathtaking view, you will be given a wine tasting lesson to complement your picnic. With your heads and your mouths full of images and flavors, we will go down the mountain again but at your own pace towards Aix en Provence.

Due to restricted access to the mountain during the winter, this tour will only run from September to November and from March until June from 9.30 a.m to 5 p.m (these times are indicative and may cary slightly).

This tour is private and we can collect you and drop you off at your hotel or B&B up to 10 km around Aix en Provence (should you wish to be collected or dropped off at a different place, extra travel fees may apply).
