Aix en Provence

In the morning, discover the medieval town of Aix en Provence – the city of art.  Your guide will take you on a walking tour of the historic center. While in Aix, you will visit the cathedral, town hall, and the provençal market, where you will taste local specialties.


Following your walking tour of Aix, you will drive to Cassis, a charming port town known as the little Saint Tropez of Provence. There, you will have free time to explore the village, relax on the small sandy beach or take a short boat ride through Les Calanques. Les Calanques de Cassis is a national park listed as world heritage by Unesco for its turquoise water and white cliffs.

Complete your shore excursion in Marseille city center. There you may admire the old harbor and visit the Notre Dame de la Garde basilica. Notre Dame de la Garde is the highest monument of the Phocaean city, a Neo-Byzantin basilica built on top of the hill. From there you will enjoy a panoramic 360° view on the city.
