About us
Brice de Monplanet first discovered Provence in 1981 and fell in love with the region. He later moved there with his wife Marion in 1997 and they haven’t left since!
As a child, Brice’s parents introduced him to the French tradition of food and wine. Brice was later trained in oenology in Montpellier Ludivinum School. Brice has always been an epicurean at heart who loves to share his love of wine. After a career of 15 years in international wine companies, Brice decided to pursue his passion. Thus, Planet Provence was born.
Brice created Planet Provence to convey his love of wine and Provence in a relaxed and welcoming manner. Brice has designed wine tours that are fresh and informative and excursions that are off the beaten path.
The Private Wine Tours we offer are unique to the magnificent region of La Provence in the South of France. Experience the region of Aix-en-Provence’s beautiful landscapes of , Bandol, or Chateauneuf du Pape on one of our classic private wine tours. These are designed for travelers who want to taste the best Provencal wines while taking in the beauty of the South of France. You can also learn more about wine during a gastronomic cooking class.
You may also reserve Private Prestige Tours such as wine tour in Corsica or the incomparable Truffle and Wine tour (offered December through August). Maybe you might fancy something different ? Enjoy with us “A la carte”!
We have created private classic and prestige wine tours, shore excursions and « A la carte » which allow you to experience the South of France however you wish: by car, by bike, boat, plane or helicopter!
